What is your turn around time?
My turn around time will be updated weekly on this page.
Your approximate delivery date will be confirmed via email, on receipt of your items and not when your order is placed.
What do I need to send for a baby keepsake bear?
For a standard size baby keepsake bear, I require approx. 9 items of clothing per bear. For a mini bear, I require a minimum of 5 items.
What do I need to send for a memorial keepsake bear?
For my memorial keepsake bears, I require approx. 4 items of clothing per bear, for the best aesthetics. However, it can be done with as little as 1 item of adult clothing for both sizes.
The best clothing items to send are baby grows, dresses, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, joggers & sleepsuits. I will return any unused full pieces, but please let me know if there is a specific item you want to be used. I find a variety of contrasting colour's and fabrics work great for keepsake bears.
How should I ship my items?
Please send via recorded delivery, to the address provided in the confirmation email, when placing your order. I will send your memory bear back via a fully trackable service.
Please ensure you put your name and order number inside the package.
Do you ship abroad?
I am currently only shipping within the UK.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available to purchase on my shop page. They have no expiry date and will make the perfect gift for friends or family, when they are ready to order.
Do you offer refunds?
As this is a fully personalised product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases and gift cards.
Safety care & Instructions
For decorative use only. Display out of reach of children. Not to be used as a toy. Spot clean with a damp cloth, only if required. Due to the nature of the product, it is unable to be UK/EU safety tested. Not suitable for children under the age of 14.
